When Music Becomes Care: The Success of "In...Canto in Villa"

On the evening of 15 June, the magnificent setting of Villa Badoer in Fratta Polesine hosted the second edition of “In…Canto in Villa”, a charity concert that beautifully combined the power of music with the spirit of solidarity.

The event featured the Vox Harmonica Choir of ULSS 5 Polesana, conducted by Sara Magon, together with soloists and an instrumental ensemble. The audience enjoyed an emotional musical journey through some of the most celebrated works from the operatic, symphonic and cinematic repertoire.

The concert was organized to support Med.Action Bambini con Elias ODV and its commitment to children affected by congenital heart disease in countries where access to specialized cardiac care remains limited.

The proceeds from the evening will help fund the Association's international cooperation projects, including paediatric cardiac surgery missions, the training of local healthcare professionals, and initiatives aimed at strengthening healthcare systems to ensure sustainable access to life-saving treatment.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the Vox Harmonica Choir, the musicians, soloists, organizers, volunteers, and everyone who attended the event. Through their participation, they transformed an evening of music into a meaningful act of solidarity.

Events like this remind us that when institutions, associations, artists and citizens come together around a shared purpose, they can make a tangible difference.

Because when music meets solidarity, every note can become hope.

Sara
