Med.Action Bambini con Elias ODV brings hope to the most challenging environments through medical missions and the commitment of volunteers working on the front line. Recently, the event “Children Beyond Borders: Stories of Volunteers on a Life-Saving Mission” was held in Rovigo, offering a unique opportunity to hear the stories of those dedicated to saving lives and bringing medical care to countries facing difficult conditions.
During the event, doctors and volunteers shared their experiences from missions in Africa and the Middle East, describing both the challenges they encountered and the moments of great fulfilment. From makeshift paediatric wards to surgical protocols implemented in emergency settings, every story highlights the courage, professionalism and empathy that define Med.Action.
